Does the Errand Crossbody include the harness or leash?

The Errand Crossbody does not include a leash or harness with your purchase. However, it features two securely attached metal D-rings—one on each side of the sling—for convenient left- or right-side leash attachment. This design allows you to easily connect your own leash or harness directly to the bag for a hands-free walk experience.

How will the Errand Crossbody work with my large dog?

For the best support while walking your dog hands-free, we recommend wearing the Errand Crossbody Sling as a fanny pack (or around your waist). This allows your body weight to help offset any pulling, regardless of your dog’s size. While the design is intended to support a hands-free walking experience, it is not a substitute for proper leash training.

Do you offer other color options?

For now, the Errand Crossbody is available exclusively in black—a timeless, versatile choice. As our small business continues to grow, we hope to expand our color offerings, as well as launch new products to better accompany you on your journey to do more than cope!

What is the return policy?
  • All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. 

  • If you have received a damaged/defective item, please contact us upon receipt with your name, order number, and nature of the issue, and attach a photo to your email.  We can not process a return for damages if the product has been used. You can initiate our return process by e-mailing us at: hello@shopcopeland.com and our team will be happy to assist you promptly.
How long do I have to file a claim for a damaged item?

You can submit a claim for a damaged item within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and reach out to us right away if you notice any issues.

  • please include your full name, order number, and nature of the issue, and attach a photo to your email.  We cannot process a return for damages if the product has been used.

How to wash my Copeland products?

We always recommend spot cleaning our products. Use a damp cloth with a mild soap to gently clean the affected area. Please note: we are not responsible for any damage caused by machine washing.

What is my order number?

You can find your order number in the confirmation email. If you don't have your confirmation email you can request it by emailing hello@shopcopeland.com. Please include your full name and email address you used to place the order in the body of the email.

Are you able to ship internationally?

Thank you for your support! Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally right now, but as we continue to grow, we hope to offer that option in the future!

When will I receive my order?

We’re working quickly to ship your order as soon as possible! Orders typically ship no later than 2–5 days of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

We are unable to accommodate for any name, shipping, or billing changes after an order has been placed.  We do not have the ability to combine or split orders, add discount codes, or contact shipping companies to correct shipping addresses post the checkout process.

Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments typically take 4-7 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier.  Please refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. The carrier does not provide us with any additional information.
